MET Florida is a unique company, offering state of the art technical expertise while also providing these services at a reasonable price. Traditional Managed Service providers focus on repairing systems as they fail, often leaving their clients to pay the bill when major failures occur, or worse leaving their clients open to service disruption due to security threats.
MET is different, we focus on the needs of our clients while also preventing and solving issues before they occur. We take great pride in the clients we work with, wither it be maintaining their current systems or building an entirely new application, we are there for you, every step of the way. This is what we believe is the true meaning to being a partner with you.
MET started in 2005 as a professional services company working with a handful of clients. Our approach was simple, offer reliable, quality services that our clients can depend on. But that is not what made MET popular, perhaps it was the dedicated technicians that focused on the client they were assigned to, perhaps it was our ability to think outside the box and find solutions to uncommon problems or maybe it was our desire to align our values with our clients. To dedicate ourselves and our staff to a singular goal, whatever it takes to service our clients. MET firmly believes that your success is our success.
Fast forward to 2024 MET has partnered with over 100 vendors, offering services ranging from software development, automation, reporting, cloud computing and even server and networking support. We have partnered with local internet service companies to offer our clients discounted services and top tier support. We have partnered with local datacenters to better protect our clients. We proudly carry the seal for HIPPA and PCI, showcasing our desire for network security. While also partnering with a multitude of vendors to offer licensing costs at a discount. In 2024 we launched a new service, billing support, giving our clients a single bill for all their IT resources and even staff, reducing the demand on internal accounting services to handle the ever increasing cost of IT services.
Unlike traditional Managed Service providers we also dedicate technical personnel to our clients, giving them direct communicate to an account manager and to their personal support technician. When the need arises you have access to groups of technicians that can support your environment no matter the needs, be it for a network outage, server failure or even the design of a new application, MET is there for you.
